Description
• Semi-aquatic, mat-forming freshwater herb
• Hairy leaves up to 18cm long with prominent veins and midrib
• Upper stems are 4-angled
• White flowers occurring in whorls just above leaf junctions
• Spindle-shaped seed capsule – 7mm long
